The 60th session of the UN Human Rights Council is still going on. Today, Mariana Katsarova, the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Russian Federation, presented her third report on the human rights situation in Russia since the start of the war.

There are fears that this will lead to further dramatic cuts in the fundamental and human rights of refugees.
